Digital Banking consists of a variety of online banking services including online banking, mobile banking, voice banking, and text banking.
What is Online Banking?
Online Banking is a free service that allows Fort Davis State Bank customers to access account information and complete account transactions online. You can log in to Online Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any computer that has Internet capabilities.
How do I enroll for Online Banking?
To enroll for Online Banking you will need to complete a onetime enrollment form which is available on the top of the Fort Davis State Bank homepage or you may click here. To complete this form, you will need your Fort Davis State Bank account number and your Social Security Number.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time by going to your accounts settings within online banking and clicking on the “security” tab.
What if I forget my password?
After entering your username on the Fort Davis State Bank homepage and clicking “Log In”, click on the link that reads “Forgot Password”. The system will then walk you through the necessary steps to reset the password.
What is Online Bill Pay?
Online Bill Pay is a free internet-based bill pay service that provides you the ability to make payments to anyone, anywhere in the United States from your Fort Davis State Bank account. Using Internet Bill Pay will not only save time by not having to manually write checks, it will also save money by reducing the number of stamps you would use and could potentially save in late fees. Eligible payees can also be paid electronically through the Bill Pay system.
Do I need to notify billers?
No. Once payments are setup, the biller will receive a payment just like they would from you. You will need to ensure that the correct account number and addresses are used.
What are Security Alerts?
Security Alerts are notifications automatically sent to you via E-Mail, Text Message, or a phone call when an event occurs that you have setup in your “alerts” profile. They will not at any time reference a name or account number. Being alerted promptly about changes or events can help you detect and stop potential fraud.
